Vourity enable companies to launch services based on selling Vouchers. It works so that Vourity is the one selling the Voucher and then pay the supplier (the company that redeem the Voucher) for the service provided. The payment will be issued after the Voucher has been redeemed and in the case of the supplier not being able to fullfil its obligation towards the customer then Vourity provide a buyer protection feature to to some extent compensate the customer in the even of supplier going bankgrup or otherwsie not being able to provide the agreed service.
The platform support many different types of business models including features such as selling using resellers and creating Partner networks.
Sell, issue and redeem different types of digital Vouchers including tickets, gift-cards, coupons, punch-cards, loyalty cards and destination passes.
The Vourity platform automatically processes the financial clearing between all parties.
Here are a few of the business models that Vourity support

One and the same company issue and redeem the Vouchers to the customers.
The customer buy the Voucher from the same company that will redeem it. The company that redeemed the Voucher will get paid when the Voucher has been redeemed or after the Voucher has expired.

Customers buy a bundle/package that include Vouchers from multiple separate companies. This could be a destination or city pass for Tourists visiting a region or city or a shopping mall.
The customer pay the pass and payout will be done to multiple parties, i e each company that redeem a Voucher/Pass will get their share of the Voucher value.

Multiple customers buy Vouchers and Passes that include services from multiple companies. Payout is done after a Voucher has been redeemed. Each company that redeem a Voucher/Pass will get their share of the Voucher value.

Customers buy Vouchers and Passes from a reseller. The reseller gets paid a reseller commission directly after the sales is done. The companies that redeem the Vouchers will get paid as soon as the Voucher has been redeemed or if the Voucher expire.

Franschise is a form a Partner network where one company is the issuer / owner of the Partner network. External companies join as members and agree to redeem the Vouchers issued by the partner network owner. The company that redeem the Voucher will get paid after the Voucher has been redeemed.
The issuer / owner of the Partner network can select to set required partner commssion to be payed to the partner network on each redemption. As an example the company that redeem the Voucher gets 95% of the value and the Partner network owner gets 5% as a commission.

Partner networks are a closed group of companies that work together on Vouchers. One company is the issuer / owner of the Partner network and external companies join as members and agree to redeem the Vouchers issued by the partner network owner. The company that redeem the Voucher will get paid after the Voucher has been redeemed.
